1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or engaging with any services offered by High Frequency Secured, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

High Frequency Secured offers Private Traveling Chef services, Cooking Classes, Meal Prep & Custom Meal Plans, One-on-One Coaching, and Wholesale Product Sales. The details of each service are provided on our website and during consultations.

 

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for private chef experiences.

• Full payment is required to secure cooking class bookings.

• Payment for meal prep services must be made in full before the prep begins.

• All invoices for wholesale clients must be paid upon delivery or as per agreed terms.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72-hour notice.

• Refunds are only granted if High Frequency Secured cancels the service.

• All sales are final.

 

5. Liability

High Frequency Secured is not responsible for allergies, food-related issues, injuries, or reactions if dietary preferences are not fully disclosed. All clients are encouraged to communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to the booking.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, product formulations, and proprietary information remain the property of High Frequency Secured. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding or materials without explicit permission.

 

7. Modification of Terms

High Frequency Secured reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
