Service Agreement & Deposit Policy

This agreement is between High Frequency Secured (Latasha James) and the Client regarding the selected services.

 

1. Deposit & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure Private Traveling Chef services. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

• Full payment is required to secure all cooking classes.

• Payment for meal prep services must be made in full before the prep begins.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72-hour notice before the scheduled event or service.

• No refunds will be provided unless High Frequency Secured cancels the service.

 

3. Liability

• High Frequency Secured is not responsible for allergies, food-related issues, or injuries if dietary preferences are not fully disclosed.

• Clients are responsible for communicating all dietary restrictions and allergies prior to the event or service.

 

4. Refunds

• All sales are final. Refunds are only granted if High Frequency Secured cancels the service.

 

5. Agreement

By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and policies outlined above.
